Cancellation policy

HolaGomera.com works to create a bridge between small owners who want to have an online presence and clients who are looking for accommodation with a good value for their money.

A reservation cancellation results in NO PROFITS for the owners if that accommodation unit is not rented again after the cancellation, and will significantly influence this accommodation becoming of residential use because the vacational use will not generate the expected benefits. By having fewer vacation rental units available, prices will tend to rise and everyone will lose in this situation.

If you cancel a reservation 31 or more days before the day of arrival, the probability of renting that accommodation unit is high, so THERE WILL BE NO PENALTY. If the cancellation occurs within the 31 days prior to arrival, the equivalent of those days that could not be re-rented will be paid via transfer.

For example, a reservation of 2 weeks (14 days) is canceled and 10 days between the arrival and departure dates of the canceled reservation are rented again, the remaining 4 days will be paid at the daily price of the canceled reservation without the cleaning rate, if any.
